I’m a Doll!
So I’m an official league member of the San Diego Derby Dolls. They announced my graduation from bootcamp today at the league meeting (sadly I wasn’t even there! I was at work.) But I wasn’t totally expecting it so this was a really nice end to an otherwise crappy day. I’m really excited to start practicing with the dolls on a regular basis…. aka get my ass kicked on a regular basis… but as exciting as it is to be a Doll, its also very humbling. I was a big fish in bootcamp and now I’m a teeny tiny fish in the ocean. This team is amazing, these girls are amazing, and I have a lot to learn from them. I want to be great, and I’m willing to put in the work and time necessary to get me there.
